If you fail to pay any fees when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the course and pursue collection of the unpaid fees.

5. Course Content and Conduct

All course content, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and interactive materials, is owned by darmelita Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the course content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any course content without our prior written consent.

When participating in courses, you agree to:

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES OR THE SATISFACTION OF ANY GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRING DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION ON PRESCRIPTION DRUG PRODUCTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Melbourne, Victoria, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services.
